Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. As soon as I’m awake, the first thing on my mind is food. I really enjoy healthy breakfasts as it sets me up for the day so I thought I would share what I eat alternatively throughout the week.
Rude Health oats, Fage 0% fat yogurt, honey & berries.
This breakfast is super quick & super filling. The Rude Health oats can be eaten cold so I often go for this brekkie when I’m in a rush. I’m not the biggest fan of blueberries but I know they are super good for you so I just throw them in there.
Wholemeal toast, scrambled eggs, baby tomatoes, spinach & a small glass of OJ.
Whenever I wake up absolutely ravenous I always reach for some sort of dish that involves eggs. High in protein and super filling, I love em. I try to have fruit or veg with every meal and I find spinach and tomatoes are my favourites for the morning time. I haven’t been feeling 100% for a few weeks so OJ is giving me some extra vitamins. I also often add salt, pepper and chilli to my eggs!
Sesame ryvita, low fat soft cheese, smoked salmon, lots of pepper and oranges.
If I’ve been eating too much bread or I’ve had something naughty to eat the night before, this is my guilt free delicious breakfast. I also go for this if I’m not sure what to eat. Its SO yummy and also really light. I like to have this if I have a photoshoot that day 🙂 My favourite salmon is the one from ALDI, it is just incredible and really cheap too. Oranges are my morning sweet treat and something I also love to snack on.
So thats my 3 healthy breakfast ideas. This is healthy for me & what I tend to go for. Im working very hard on getting healthier so if you have any ideas, please let me know.
